It takes most newbies between 1 week and 1 month to learn the value of seach and FAQ. I'll be the nice one though. Seriously, I'm going to be this guys new best friend if you guys keep flaming him all the time Understand that these are all estimates and every engine is different.... If I recall correctly, there have been 2 people to make (just a hair over) 400 rwhp on stock turbos. However, never never never expect anything. An honest, acquirable answer would be around 360rwhp (rarely more than 375). This includes pop charger intake, Hiper exhaust ;)(maybe LaBree could do it too), ECU (more likely Ash rather than JWT, his have made a few more ponies in the past few dynos - and maybe Boost Solutions soon-to-be-released ECU, which made some good numbers too), Boost Controller (probably no higher than ~17 psi, definately no higher than 18 because that's when you see a dramatic drop in the efficiency of the turbos and intercoolers - if stock), upgraded SIDE MOUNT intercoolers (now that I mention it, and SM because you don't want to block air flow to your intake), downpipes, testpipes (or high flow cats maybe), ported and polished throttle bodies couldn't hurt (hell, ported and polished intake while you're at it), and an Air/Fuel controller. I may be missing a few small pony producing mods, but I got the major players in there. A couple good supporting mods would be larger injectors (555 cc/min to ensure good fuel mixture at 17/18 psi), and maybe Blow Off Valves (no one is sure of the true numbers, but rumor is that stock recirculation valves can't handle these kinds of boost numbers efficiently). Seriously though, just get some Jim Wolf Technology Sport 500's ($1900 - same cost as new stock turbos), or Z1Motorsport's 550's ($1600). Stock turbos are honestly too small to make huge numbers, and for the cost, they can (and have been) beat.
